only to be disappointed in myself for not being able to stick it out. I know the cycle all too well. The all or nothing mindset. The guilt and shame and constant feeling of not being good enough.
I became interested in exercise as a teenager, spending many nights doing a Beachbody video or taking swings at my punching bag, but for years, I struggled with CONSISTENCY. And even though I genuinely enjoyed working out, my main motivation was coming from a place of wanting to fix all of my flaws and force my body to look a different way. Hear me out, I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with having aesthetic goals, but for me at that time, it was the wrong approach, and I am thankful that it didn't lead into a more obsessive mentality over time.
As I studied to become a dietitian, I learned how to build meals that nourished and satisfied me. Throughout my years of both personal and professional experience, I have been able to gain knowledge and tools in order to craft a program designed to help other women find their balance with food and exercise. And I am so excited to share it with you!
